Setting Options

Users to display in the permission report

  1. You can choose whether to include users with individual permissions and/or group permissions.

  2. You can choose whether to include unlicensed users, deactivated users, and system/application users.

Layout of the permission report

  1. Select the individual and group permission types you want to display by ticking the boxes.

  2. Choose where each permission for users and groups should be displayed. User permissions will always appear in the top row, while group permissions will be shown in the bottom row.

Sorting

  1. You can sort groups by name in either ascending or descending order.

  2. You can sort users by their display name in ascending or descending order.

General Group Settings

The App allows you to configure the dashboard according to your needs. The following options are available:

  1. You can select which groups you want to exclude from the permission report.

  2. If all Confluence users belong to a group, you can display a text instead of listing all individual users.
